USAW is deliberate about not overstating its footprint. Each country below is labelled with where it actually stands, not where it is heading.

United States
New Orleans and the Louisiana Gulf Coast
USAW's principal office and its founding programming. The Gulf Coast is among the most climate-exposed regions in the country, and its low- and moderate-income communities carry that exposure unevenly. Water stewardship, environmental justice and youth engagement lead here.

Ghana
Community-level adaptation and green enterprise
Operational presence is being established, with local partnerships in development. Programming is designed to contribute to Ghana's Nationally Determined Contributions and to the African Union's Agenda 2063, and to support women-owned green enterprises trading under AfCFTA.

Canada
Partnerships and funding relationships
Registration is planned for Phase 2. Canada does not recognize United States charitable status, so a Canadian entity or a qualified-donee arrangement is required before Canadian gifts can be receipted locally. Canada's Feminist International Assistance Policy is a reference framework for those relationships.
