Programme
Women's Leadership & Governance
A Leadership Academy, mentorship and advocacy training that put women into the environmental policy and governance forums where decisions are actually made.
Programme status: In design
Women remain underrepresented on environmental boards, in policy negotiations and in the ownership of green enterprises - not for want of capability, but for want of access to education, capital, networks and platforms.
This pillar is the direct answer. It does not train women to wait for an invitation; it prepares them for the seat and then works to open it.
